21 By faith Jacob,[a] as he was dying, blessed each one of the sons of Joseph and bowed in worship, leaning on his staff.
22 By faith Joseph,[b] near the end of his life, mentioned the Exodus of the Israelites and gave instructions about his burial.
23 By faith Moses[c] was hidden by his parents for three months after his birth, because they saw that he was a beautiful child, and they did not fear the king’s edict.
